By accessing or using Treasora Academy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Educational Purpose Only

Treasora Academy and Dominar AI provide financial education. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment, tax, legal, or financial advice. Dominar's responses are generated by AI and may contain errors. Always verify important decisions with a licensed professional before acting.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your Financial Passport up to date.

Free and Academy Pro Plans

• Free: includes access to Foundation lessons, limited daily Dominar questions, and basic Passport features.
• Academy Pro — Monthly ($29.99 USD/month): includes generous daily access to Dominar AI, subject to reasonable usage limits, full Financial Passport memory, personalized roadmap, and progress tracking. Additional Academy Pro tools (expanded lessons, portfolio simulator, market brief) are rolling out. Billed monthly until cancelled.
• Academy Pro — Annual ($299.00 USD/year): includes the same Academy Pro benefits as the monthly plan, billed once per year until cancelled.

You may cancel Academy Pro at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual, depending on your plan). Refunds are handled according to our refund policy stated at checkout.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content, harass others, or use Dominar for illegal activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

All lessons, branding, Dominar content, and platform design are owned by Treasora Academy. You may use content for personal learning only. Redistribution or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free AI responses, or specific financial outcomes from using the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Treasora Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on educational content or AI responses.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
